GREEK YOGURT!
I seriously switch almost all recipes that call for sour cream to Greek yogurt. Seriously, muffins, smoothies, casseroles, and sometimes even plain expected sour cream on things like burritos.
You can search everywhere for the benefits of eating greek yogurt so I will spare you all that information. Just know that I HIGHLY suggest you checking out this necessary Foodie Friday ingredient...you'll need it for the recipe coming up next week :)
